He has extensive experience in the fields of trademark and copyright and provides legal advice to both domestic and international clients. His expertise includes acquisition and protection of Thai and international trademark and copyright, management of trademark and copyright portfolios, transfer and licensing of trademark and copyright and handling trademark opposition and other related matters. In addition, Veerapat assists the clients in legal due diligence projects and provides legal analysis regarding IP matters enabled him to help the clients in closing complex business deals.
