Titapa Chamnithurakarn

Titapa is a qualified lawyer and a Notarial Services Attorney with an Attorney at law license issued by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She handles both domestic and international trademark applications. Her responsibility includes opposition, appeals before Trademark Board and the Thai Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, response to the objections, online takedowns and litigation matters.

Prior to joining ILCT in 2017, Titapa graduated from Prince of Songkhla University and worked with another top tier Intellectual Property law firm in Thailand.
